It is a power semiconductor  manufacturing enterprise with IDM as the main mode, a national high-tech enterprise, a national special new "small giant" enterprise, an Anhui Province technology innovation demonstration enterprise, and one of the top 5 "special new" enterprises in Anhui Province. The company is mainly engaged in the research and development, production and sales of power semiconductor chips, devices and materials. The are mainly thyristors, covering MOSFET, rectifier diodes and Schottky diodes and upstream materials (polished wafers, epitaxial wafers copper metallized ceramic wafers). The company's products are mainly used in industrial control, consumer electronics, power transmission and other fields 。
